How to cancel my subscription and/or get a refund

We're sorry that Blank Spaces did not work out for you, but we want to make sure it's easy for you to leave!


Before you go, if you are experiencing any bugs or otherwise confusing behavior from Blank Spaces, please contact the Support team using the instructions here. We'll be happy to sort you out.

How to cancel your subscription

Note: You will only be charged if you tapped "Subscribe" and completed payment.

To check if you have an active subscription:

  1. Open Settings

  2. Tap your name at the top

  3. Tap Subscriptions

  4. If a subscription appears, tap it

  5. Tap Cancel Subscription if available


How to request a refund

  1. Go to www.reportaproblem.apple.com

  2. Sign in with your Apple ID

  3. Find the app or charge you want refunded

  4. Click “Report a Problem”

  5. Choose “Request a refund” from the dropdown

  6. Select a reason and submit

If apple declines your refund

Email us at ask@blankspaces.app with a screenshot of your purchase / subscription and the denial from Apple, and we’ll provide you with a refund directly.
