How to hide the home screen search button

Remove the iOS search button at the bottom of your home screen for a cleaner Blank Spaces layout.

By default, iOS displays a search button at the bottom of your home screen. Here's how to remove it in a few seconds.

  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

  2. Tap Home Screen & App Library.

  3. Under the Search section, deselect Show on Home Screen.
